About this Event

Our Baking and Pastry Arts students are pleased to offer unique Café Concept Meal Kits for sale, as part of their third-semester lab exams. In teams of two, students have created unique and specially designed menus to showcase all the skills they have acquired to date, based on a café concept of their own. Many unique, creative, and delicious meal kits are available to choose from!

Café Concept Meal Kits are an excellent value — only $25 plus HST — and a perfect way to support our hard-working students!

Every Café Concept Meal Kit includes:
  • A full-size loaf of bread
  • A jarred preserve
  • A two or three-component main course meal with sides (One portion)
  • A Viennoiserie product (a speciality croissant or similar)
  • A dessert element

Details for all menus are below. Only two orders are available for each menu — order your favourites as soon as possible!

Please note: These meal kits are only available for pickup on Wednesday June 17th from 5:00-5:45pm.

The Chef School Staff and Faculty thank you very much for supporting our students. Bon Appetit!
