A year ago, CAFé CON FLOW started with a simple idea - bring together the things I love: yoga, music, cafecito, community, and create a space where people could simply come as they are. One year later… here we are. The community has grown, and I've met so many amazing people thru this journey🥹 Come celebrate one year of CAFé CON FLOW with a special anniversary edition at Garage Dance Studio & Coffee Lounge.

Refunds are available up to 5 days before the event. After that time, refunds cannot be accommodated because venue, beverage, supplies, and other event costs have already been committed based on attendance.
