On the 6th of Feb café Roux & Richard Pryor are kicking off the 'CAFE BLUES SESSIONS 2025' with a Bumper Crop of Phenomenal Musicians!In this episode Richard's BACKLINE BLUES BAND features the very Talented WAYNE PAULI. His Vocals are effortlessly smooth and his Guitar Playing nods loudly to the fire of Hendrix & SRV all delivered in his own Sophisticated Way.
Bringing a Jazz element to this Show is the power of MARC DE KOCK who explodes with Sax melodies that just ooze Power and Grace. He has played with some amazing artists and is highly regarded as one of Cape Town's best.
And Direct from the 'Rock n Roll Arena' CHLOE EDDY enters the Blues Fray, and what an entrance she will be making. She has has been working on her Blues Repertoire and is ready to deliver the Blues with Precision & Emotion
And finally joining as Special Guest is our Father of the Blues here in Cape Town, DOCTOR JOHN. He's the Quintessential Bluesman and has an amazing history of fronting the Blues Broers & Boulevard Blues.
