Join JMM Dance Co. for the opening gathering of Cafecitos & Comunidad, a free bilingual community series bringing neighbors together through coffee, conversation, storytelling, culture, and movement.

We begin with a question that belongs to all of us:

What makes us feel that we belong?

Together, we'll explore the people, places, traditions, experiences, and everyday connections that shape our sense of home and community.

This is not a lecture. It's a welcoming community gathering where neighbors of different ages and backgrounds can meet, listen, share stories, and participate in accessible creative movement that brings the conversation to life.

Cafecitos & Comunidad is a five-part bilingual community series presented by JMM Dance Co. in Hollister, Gilroy, and San Juan Bautista. Through conversation, storytelling, culture, and movement, each gathering explores a different question about belonging, well-being, identity, young voices, and our shared future.
