⛳️ Pillar Rock is the perfect setting for this golf themed Par-Tee. Come dressed in your best plaid or golf themed attire as we Par-Tee and raise funds together for our SIML programs.
🏌🏻♀️5:00PM- DOORS OPEN - Connect with friends old and new, enjoy tasty DRINKS , and get in on the action by bidding in our SILENT AUCTION or SPIN THE WHEEL to win a prize! RAFFLE TICKET SALES open with the doors including the exciting HOLE-IN-ONE SPECIAL RAFFLE ($100 per ticket - Winner gets FIRST PICK from LIVE auction items!)
6:00PM- DINNER IS SERVED - Enjoy a DELICIOUS DINNER crafted by Pillar Rock Grill
6:30PM- OFFICIAL WELCOME - Hear from our 2026-2027 SIML president Jennifer Heaverlo and our event chair Katie Wilson as they share POWERFUL STORIES about the difference we’re making together.
6:45PM- HOLE-IN-ONE RAFFLE DRAWING - One lucky winner will get FIRST PICK from LIVE items!
7:00PM- LIVE AUCTION BEGINS - Silent Auction & Raffle sales close at 7:00: make sure to GET THOSE LAST BIDS IN before Jacob Barth from Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers begins a lively bidding session! RAISE YOUR PADDLE and support the cause!
7:30PM- RAFFLE AND SILENT AUCTION RESULTS - Find out who’s taking home the PRIZES and share in the excitement!
8:00PM - 10:30PM - THE PARTY CONTINUES DOWNSTAIRS - Dance & Music by DJ Ramiro Martinez. Bust a move on the dance floor! It's time to CELEBRATE!
