About the Training

Cacao has been used for thousands of years as a plant medicine, opening hearts, deepening presence, and guiding us back into connection.

This Cacao Wisdom Training is a powerful 4-part journey over 6 weeks, designed to support you in working safely, confidently, and creatively with ceremonial cacao.
.
Whether you feel called to guide ceremonies, weave cacao into your offerings, or deepen your personal relationship with this sacred plant, this training will give you both the knowledge and the embodied experience to walk with cacao in integrity.

🌱 What You’ll Learn
Across our four full-day immersions and six week container, you will explore:
.
** Cacao as Medicine – history, energetics, sourcing, and working with cacao ethically and sustainably.
** Ceremonial Holding – how to create and hold safe, sacred, and transformative spaces.
** Somatic Practices – embodied tools for presence, release, and connection.
** Voice & Expression – practices to strengthen confidence in guiding rituals, songs, and meditations.
** Practical Skills – cacao preparation, ritual design, facilitation structures, and group dynamics.

About Your Facilitator
I bring together over 2 decades of experience in embodiment, somatic practices and ceremonial, group and circle holding.

My path has guided me through many amazing teachers and facilitators and has brought me to teach chakra awakening journeys, astrology embodiment courses, and ritual facilitation – always guided by the call to help people reconnect with their bodies, voices, and inner wisdom.

Cacao has been one of my greatest allies on this path. I hold this training with deep respect for its lineage and a commitment to empowering each participant to walk their own path with Cacao in a way that feels authentic, safe, and rooted in integrity.
