CACAO + SOUND

On April 11th, join me for a meditative journey of sound at Kelta, a state of the art wellness facility in Beacon NY. The evening will begin with cacao and gratitude practice sponsored by Cacao Lab. followed by a guided meditation and the harmony of a vast array of sacred instruments such as gongs, chimes, strings, Tibetan bowls, and crystal. This sonic voyage will allow for deep relaxation and expansion as the unique frequencies combine to induce evocative and trance-like states in the body.

About the Facilitator:

Vinny Colandrea is a sound therapy practitioner, composer, and yogi from the Hudson Valley, New York. A lifelong producer of music and multi-instrumentalist, Vinny brings his talents together to bring harmony when combining unique and rarely heard instruments such as the kotamo and gong. He has studied under gong master Don Conreaux and performed for thousands since

2017. He is a practicing meditator, trained by yogi and mystic, Sadhguru. As a student of all religions, spirituality and awareness are the foundation for his guided meditations and conscious gatherings in sound.
