Let go of perfection and come home to peace.The November Full Moon invites us to release self-judgment and surrender the need to “get it all right.” In this immersive full moon soundbath, you’ll be guided through gentle breathwork and soothing crystal bowl tones to soften perfectionism, calm your nervous system, and make space for radical self-compassion.
We’ll open with a heart-centered cacao ritual to awaken gratitude and connection, followed by a full-body sound journey using both clear and alchemy singing bowls tuned to frequencies that support emotional release and heart repair.
