We begin by gathering in a warm, welcoming space and sharing ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening elixir that gently awakens the senses and invites intention. Please bring with you whatever you need to be comfortable for laying on the floor for an hour. Suggestions- Yoga mat or equivalent, cushion, blanket and eye mask. FREE parking opposite the hall.
