As the cacao softens the body and quiets the mind, you’re guided into stillness, where waves of sound from crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments begin to flow. The vibrations wash over you, clearing stagnant energy and creating space for deep relaxation, insight, and renewal.

Please bring with you whatever you need to be comfortable for laying on the floor for an hour. Suggestions- Yoga mat or equivalent, cushion, blanket and eye mask. FREE parking opposite the hall.
