About This Event
Spend an inspiring afternoon immersed in creativity, community, rhythm, and heart-centered connection.
Cacao, Paint & Drums brings together ceremonial cacao, intuitive painting, live drumming, and an interactive rhythm workshop in one uplifting experience.
The afternoon begins with a cup of ceremonial-grade sipping cacao and a guided intuitive painting session accompanied by live drumming from Sedona Drum & Sound Healing. Let the rhythm inspire your creativity as you paint freely, without judgment or expectations.
Following the painting experience, participants will be invited into an interactive workshop exploring improvisational drumming, rhythm, and sound healing as practices of attunement, presence, and connection.
No painting or musical experience is necessary. Drums will be provided for participants, and guests are also welcome to bring their own drum.

Drums will be provided for the workshop.
