Reconnect with yourself, and get immersed in a restorative journey combining heart-opening Cacao and Kundalini Activation somatic practices, to restore sweetness to your heart.

This Wednesday at 09:30 AM, we will gather together for a guided exploration of self-discovery. A small group to bring personalised attention to each attendee. First come serve, first serve basis.

We'll start serving cacao to warm our hearts. Cacao is known for its heart-opening and energising properties.

We'll ask Cacao to be our guide on a journey of openness and self-reflection, and setting intentions for your session, but also for the themes that are important to you right now.

Healing Frequencies are a key component throughout this experience. We use sound frequencies and music as the conduit, the vehicle through which we explore, discover and allow ourselves to relax, re-connect, release the unwanted and the obsolete in a safe container, and to help us ground, recenter and feel the inner calm and the joy within.

Then, Kundalini Activation promotes deep relaxation, the release of tension and trapped emotions.

You lie down comfortably. As you're guided to relax, tune in with your flow, let go with mindfulness exercises, while the healing harmonies take you into various states, may it be tranquillity, euphoria, freedom, relaxation, or even restlessness and emotional release, as lean on our inner wisdom to take charge.

Through this experience, you will reconnect body, mind and soul. Releasing stored tension and promoting a sense of embodiment. Experience gentle movements and guided exercises that encourage a deeper connection with yourself and the present moment.
