Cacao, Holy Fire Reiki and Sound Bath With Sharon and Claire
Friday 24th July 7-9pm at St Wilfrids Parish Hall, Grappenhall Village, WA4 3EP (opposite the Parr Arms pub)
Join us for a soothing blend of heart-opening cacao, Hands on Reiki healing and a deeply restorative sound bath.
You’ll begin with warm ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart and set your intensions.
Claire will guide you into a Holy fire meditation & then everyone will receive Reiki, easing the mind and clearing stagnant energy, while Sharon holds the space with grounding gongs, crystal and Himalayan bowls, ocean drums and chimes.
Together, the Reiki and sound help you relax, reset and leave you feeling centred and renewed.

Contraindications
For the Sound Bath, please check before booking if you
Have sound-induced epilepsy.
Have a pacemaker or implanted medical device, especially in the brain.
Have sound sensitivity
Have severe mental health conditions & on antipsychotic medication.
Are sensitive to sounds or strong vibrations.
If unsure, please message us privately & we can guide you from there.
Please bring along with you, something comfortable to lie down on, ie gym mat, yoga mat, bean bag etc, or a camp chair, a blanket & pillow, water, a mug for your cacao & a pen a paper. (Mats can be hired on booking)
Please note we do cleanse the room with sage & incense before you enter.
We do not offer refunds or transfers so please only book if you are sure you can attend🙏🏻
Please arrive 10/15mins before the start time, no late entries so not to disturb the session, doors will be locked at 1.30pm so please allow plenty of time to arrive💜
