Cacao, Grief, Gratitude Circle
Advertisement
Join us for an evening of gentle reflection, connection, and community as we gather around the fire with ceremonial cacao to honor both the weight we carry and the beauty that sustains us.
This is not a therapy session, nor is there any expectation to share. It is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and be witnessed in a compassionate and supportive space. Together, we will begin with a simple grounding practice, share in the warmth of cacao, and move into an optional circle of grief and gratitude.
Sacred smoke will be offered before we begin for those who wish to receive it, while also serving as a blessing for our gathering, our families, and the space we share.
This offering is inspired by the timeless human tradition of gathering in circle—and with respect for the Indigenous peoples who have preserved many beautiful teachings around community, ceremony, and relationship with the Earth.
We will close with three collective breaths and a few moments of silence, allowing the fire to hold what has been shared.
May we remember that grief and gratitude can coexist, and that healing often begins when we realize we do not have to carry our burdens alone.
All are welcome.
I pray to see you around the fire 🔥
