Over time—often through childhood imprinting—we unconsciously restrict our breath, storing unresolved stress, trauma, fear, and conditioning within the physical and energetic body. This breathwork gently supports the release of these blockages, inviting clarity, vitality, and alignment on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Together, we breathe to awaken—to remember what it feels like to be fully alive.

We open the space with an intentional cacao circle to invite you into deep connection with yourself, the natural world, and the like-hearted community.
Each cup of cacao offers an unique unfolding: sometimes tender and quiet, sometimes joyful and expressive, but always a journey into the Heart.
Come as you are. Leave more connected to who you truly are.
~ WHAT TO BRING ~
Wear comfortable clothing so you can lie down and relax with ease.
Bring a water bottle and stay well hydrated before and after.
Have a light meal beforehand or fast for at least two hours prior to the ceremony.

About the facilitators:
Helle Mortensen Thomson is qualified physiotherapist, a certified Yoga Teacher, Therapeutic Breathwork Facilitator and Circle Facilitator.
Helle is an inspirational guide and channel for personal development bridging yoga, breathwork, emotional healing, self-inquiry and spirituality. Helle has got extensive experience teaching and supporting individuals and groups worldwide for over 20 years.
Yoga/movement, emotional healing and particularly therapeutic breathwork have been important and transformative avenues in Helle’s own healing process through debilitating health issues. Through her own experience Helle is deeply aware of what an important guide and ally our body is in our growth process. Helle’s playful “work” and exploration therefore happen in, through and in collaboration with our body. It is beautiful and it is sacred.
Helle brings a sense of safety, joy and ease to the powerful space she holds and even in the context of large group, she is known for her ability for people to feel safe, included, held and supported.
Radha has been working with the medicine of Cacao for 10 years. She encountered the use of plants in ceremonial context while living in Cacao's native lands of Central America. It was love at first sight and her relationship with the spirit of cacao grew as she learned how to prepare the drink from the tree to the cup.
After participating in various ceremonies facilitated by shamans, healers and friends in Mexico, Guatemala and Peru, Radha started facilitating ceremonies herself in 2014 in Europe.
An experienced space holder being a yoga teacher and a retreat facilitator, she loves sharing her passion for community, authenticity and self-knowledge in combination with the cacao spirit. Radha serves the original and highest grade unprocessed ceremonial cacao from the magical lake Atitlan in Guatemala (Central America), by "chocolate shaman" Keith Wilson.
