Join Dana and Judy for an intimate and sacred cacao ceremony to open the heart and expand consciousness 🤎

Cacao, an ancestral medicine, supports the release of serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins—helping us feel wellbeing, clarity, and deeper connection. From that elevated state, we move into Kundalini breathwork, mindfulness meditation, tai chi, ecstatic dance, mantra chanting, and sound bath allowing the body to soften and the mind to become still.

This is a sacred space created to philosophize, reflect, and share knowledge, where every voice matters and every experience inspires. In our sharing circle, we listen with presence and build community through openness and respect.

A gathering to feel, to learn, and to remember that when the heart opens, wisdom flows. 🌿
