About this Event
Cacao has been used for thousands of years by Indigenous communities of Central and South America as a heart-opening medicine, one that connects us to the earth, to spirit, and to the truth within ourselves. This ceremony is an invitation to meet cacao in its purest form: with reverence, presence, and intention.
Each month, we gather in community to honor the land cacao comes from, the hands that have carried it, and the wisdom it holds. Together, we slow down enough to listen, to the body, to the heart, and to what is ready to be felt.
This month’s theme is Authentic Connection. Wether it's with a partner or as you are, the intention is to connect with other individuals from the presence of our heart, rather than the mind.
Through guided meditation for subconcious rewiring, partner somatic practices, and energy work, this ceremony opens a space to soften the nervous system, release what is not true, and reconnect with your most honest self, so that connection with others becomes natural, not forced.
This is a trauma-informed space rooted in safety, consent, and deep respect for your individual process. You are welcome exactly as you are.

The Spiritual Connection to Cacao: Cacao is often referred to as a plant-teacher of the heart. Its medicine is not in intensity, but in its ability to soften what has been guarded. To gently open pathways that have closed through pain, conditioning, or survival. When we meet cacao with intention, we are not just drinking something, we are entering into relationship. With the earth, the ancestors that have carries this medicine, with the intelligence of the body, and with the truth within our heart. Cacao does not force transformation. She reveals what is already there, waiting to be felt. The Ceremonial Cacao used in this ceremony is made by Indigigenous tribes in Mexico and is ethically sourced and free from heavy-metals.
Mariah is a trauma-informed somatic healer, energy practitioner, psychic, and ceremonial space holder devoted to guiding people back into connection with their bodies, their truth, and their innate wholeness.
Her work bridges the spiritual and the somatic, integrating nervous system regulation, parts work, energy healing, and intuitive guidance to create spaces that are both deeply safe and profoundly transformative.
Her relationship with cacao is rooted in reverence, for the land it comes from, the lineage it carries, and its ability to gently guide people back into the heart.
Her spaces are not about becoming someone new. They are about remembering who you already are. If you have any questions - please do not hesitate to reach out.
