A cacao ceremony is a ritual used as a powerful heart opener, gently facilitating emotional release and deepening our connection to the present moment and inner selves. This can be done as a group or individually, I am here to help facilitate both!
I think it is very important to come together as a community specially when aligned with the same values and seeking the same things to help transmute and open our energy together.
This time of year, is filled with many pressures when it comes to love and our heart space. Let's take some time together to remind ourselves that we are whole as we are!
