Deep pulse, subtle art, eruptive and soothing.
At this ceremony we will explore hidden worlds inside and between us. Brynjulv will provide destillations and combinations of the elements and the chakras - from grounding junglebeats - through contemplative deserthouse into cosmic fractal dubtechno.
Gems from solid norwegian folk music will also be served, including Brynjulvs own unique edits that lits the floor with hereditary contemplation and joyful soulforce. After a proper peak we can enjoy slower, yet energetic waves, to explore delicious moves and to harness the shared moments.

We come together in Ceremony to open our hearts and drink the Sacred Medicine of Ceremonial Cacao.

Guided breathwork with Marthe Alva, this evening we will do a heart breath journey. No previous breathwork experience needed. Come as you are and allow the journey to open you.

About us:
𝐁𝐫𝐲𝐧𝐣𝐮𝐥𝐯 𝐆𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐚𝐥 - 𝐃𝐉
has been playing drums and keys in a few dozen bands since childhood and now also works as a drum teacher. In his twenties he discovered the immense potential of dance, as community, workout, musical exploration and living meditation.
For years he has enjoyed djing and playing percussion, handpan and flutes in clubs, retreats, cacao cermonies, breathwork, kirtans, the burner community, Stjernefolket, private parties and festivals like Boom and OMG.
In 2019 he co-founded Ecstatic Dance Oslo, as resident DJ and space holder.
𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐯𝐚 - 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭
had her first awakening moment at age 21 when she traveled back to the Womb of Source. This was the shifting point. The Re-Birth. From that moment on she dedicated her life to Awakening. She lived in the Amazon Jungle, became a mother.
She has been an apprentice on the shamanic path Twisted Hairs, since 2005. Walking the Path of the Rainbow Warrior.
Educated in various healing modalities like Biodanza Heart In Motion, Womb Awakening, Tantra Therapy, Theta Healing, Munay-Ki Rites, Breathwork and more. She is deeply passionate about Sacred Sexuality, Women`s health empowerment, Breathwork & Shamanism.

As long as he can remember, sound has always been important to him! He was organizing concerts and parties for many years.
The interest of sound's developed with the years to gather people in another context such as full moon gatherings and men's circles.
The next step on his journey was to explore what sound can do for healing.
Now, he is a sound therapist facilitator, studying the effect sounds can do to help us regulate emotions and release things that don't serve us. He is working at The Well, where he holds sauna rituals, sound journeys, and meditation.
This evening he will give you a relaxing moment - a soundbath, with instruments such as a crystal harp, hand pans, koshi bells, and kalimba.
