A Cacao Ceremony is a celebratory ritual where a cacao beverage is consumed to tap into one’s heart space and creativity. Through its heart-opening properties and effects, cacao fosters community, connection and love.
Cacao, chocolate in its purest form, has been used in ancient ceremonies by South Americans (the Maya) for thousands of years. It contains an active ingredient called theobromine—which can be translated to, “Food of the Gods” and it offers many benefits – mood-boosting, high in antioxidants, magnesium and iron, superfood.
With your heart wide open and supported by a loving community, Shawn Harju will then lead you through creating your very own vision board.
Visions boards are a visual reminder of what your heart desires most and a daily reminder of your ultimate purpose in life. According to Jack Canfield, they provide a “guiding star” to keep you moving in the direction of your dreams.
Katie and Shawn are honored to hold this space for your dreams.
