Join us at Zen Within Wellness Centre for an evening of reconnection and release.Together, we'll begin with a heart-opening cacao ritual, followed by an immersive ecstatic dance journey that invites you to move, feel, and express freely through rhythm and music.
For centuries, humans have turned to dance and ritual to return to their bodies — to release, to remember, and to reconnect with the wisdom that lives within.
Cacao and movement together create a sacred container where you can ground, soften, and awaken to presence. This is an experience of liberation and embodiment — an invitation to breathe deeply, move intuitively, and come home to yourself.
