What to Expect:

The ceremony will begin with Lotus Vibrations creating a sacred container, cleansing the space and each participant with a blend of sacred herbs. We will call upon the seven sacred directions, serve cacao, set our intentions, connect with our breath, and relax. We will then lie down and get comfortable on our yoga mats and enjoy a cosmic soundscape of chimes, drums, hand pan flute and gong. A heart centered handheld crystal singing bowl and tuning forks will be used to assess each your energetic biofield. Each participant will receive a small gift that represents the chakra center that was addressed during the session.

After the journey is complete, we will then come together for an integration circle to discuss the biofield anatomy and share our experiences.
