Cacao Ceremony and Womb Connection

This women’s circle is centered around the heart and womb, hosted by Seher (, ) , a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, and Alejandra ( ), a Spiritual Life Coach.

The gathering begins with a ceremonial cacao sharing to gently open the heart, followed by guided breathing, meditation, and womb-centered movement. Together, we will explore the delicate balance of stillness and motion, with time for reflection and journaling.

This experience is designed to create a nourishing, grounded space for connection—both with your inner self and with community.
