Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath for the Lunar Eclipse

Let the transformational power of 'mama cacao' flow through your body, as you float away on the healing, soothing soundscape and guided lunar meditation.

Ceremonial cacao, yoga mat, cushion and cup provided. Bring a blanket, pillow, sleeping bag (and a golf umbrella to cover you if it's raining at the end of Aug) and prepare for an unfortgetable experience under the eclipse!

Please note this is outdoors and in the early hours of the morning. It cannot be rescheduled. This is unlikely to ever be repeated, so grab your golden ticket to transformation and healing.

The Partial Eclipse Begins at 3:33 am, the Maximum Eclipse is at 5:12 am (approximately 90-96% of the Moon will be covered by Earth’s umbra (darkest shadow), giving it a distinct reddish hue during totality).

Sunrise in the east/moonset at around 6:15am means that it is no longer visible, but this may be when the energy is strongest and is when we would drink herbal tea and share our healing/transformation/shamanic journeying experiences. The Moon will be very low on the horizon during the maximum phase and visbility needs clear skies and is best when facing south west, which will be strongly attempted but may not be possible.
