Cacao Ceremony and Reiki

Join us for a relaxing and refreshing experience with our Introductory Reiki and Meditation Session. This 60-minute session is open to everyone interested in exploring these transformative practices and taking a break from our hectic lives in this busy city. It will guide you through a series of mindfulness and energy-healing practices to help you find balance and connect with your intuition.

Our journey begins with a warm welcome and a Cacao Ceremony, where we will set our intentions and connect with the heart-opening energy of cacao. Following this, we'll be guided through a mindfulness meditation to ground and center ourselves.

After the meditation, we will reflect on what came up during the meditation, with insights, feelings, and thoughts that arose. After the journaling practice, everyone will be welcome to share what came up, although not mandatory, depending on each individual's comfort level.

Finally, we will pull Oracle cards and have a Reiki session.

Who Can Join:

This session is open to everyone, whether you are new to meditation and Reiki or have previous experience.

Facilitator:

I am a regular meditator and a certified Reiki II practitioner who has completed a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. With a passion for sharing the benefits of mindfulness and energy healing, I am excited to guide you through this unique experience.

What to Bring:

• A journal and pen
• Comfortable clothing

It is advised not to consume alcohol or caffeine within a few hours of drinking ceremonial cacao. In addition, it may not agree with certain medications.
