Through this journey we transcend the veil between ordinary and extra-ordinary reality. This is an opportunity to open the gateway to your subconscious and merge with infinite consciousness.

What comes through will be unique to each person and can range from healing to creative insights to emotional release to mystical experiences…and more.

You are invited to bring an item for the altar if you'd like. Please bring anything you need to comfortably lie down for an hour, for the breathwork. (a mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, layers)

We will have a fire going in the fireplace to get cozy as we ground our bodies, open our hearts, and activate our breath.
