Join us for our monthly healing session, where we create an experience to nourish your body, mind and spirit.
We begin with a cup of ceremonial-grade cacao – the Food of the Gods – a beautiful plant medicine traditionally used to gently open the heart space.
From there, you’ll be guided through calming breathwork to awaken and clear energetic pathways, preparing you to fully receive an immersive sound journey.
Be bathed in the blossoming tones of the Himalayan singing bowls, the shimmering chimes of the crystal bowls, the grounding heartbeat of the drum, the soothing rhythm of the ocean drum and rain stick, the deep resonance of the gong, the gentle embrace of the monochord, and the delicate melodies of the Koshi chimes.
Allow yourself to soften, release what no longer serves you, and simply rest in the healing vibrations.
An evening of deep relaxation and restoration for just £12.
