Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony

We will begin the afternoon with gratitude & offerings to Pachamama in a cacao ceremony. Ceremonial Cacao is 100% virgin cacao bean from sacred lands, and this "medicine" specifically is from Nicaragua - where Megan lived for the last 8 years, and calls her "second home".

Expect the possibility of feeling blissful, euphoric, happy, emotional, or all of the above!

After the cacao opens our hearts and brings us into alignment, you will receive sound healing. Allow your physical body to find complete comfort as you melt into deep relaxation + bliss. Feel the vibrations of multi instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and drums as they wash through your body creating a physical and mental chance to escape into a state of internal peace.

We will close the afternoon in a sharing circle filled with gratitude, manifestation, and endless possibility! Leave vibrating at your highest frequency, or at least feeling REALLY, REALLY GOOD.

WHY CACAO?!

Aside from releasing Phenylethylamine (aka the chemicals that make you feel “love at first sight”), Cacao also releases serotonin (the “feel good” chemicals in your brain) and anandamide (psst: ananda means “bliss” in Sanskrit). It is packed with vitamins and minerals including magnesium (calms nerves, natural energy,

relaxes muscle aches). Not to mention, on an energetic level, it works as a divine heart opener, and helps you facilitate presence and focus.
