Cacao & Sound: A Journey Through the Heart
Join Aimee and Alyssa for a peaceful Sunday afternoon of sound, cacao, and heartfelt connection. We'll begin by settling into a restorative sound bath, inviting the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to quiet the mind, relax the body, and create space to simply be.
From there, we'll gather in community to share a warm cup of ceremonial cacao—a traditional plant medicine that has long been used to support presence, intention, and heart-centered connection. Together, we'll slow down, reflect, and create space to connect more deeply with ourselves and one another.
Whether this is your first experience with sound healing or ceremonial cacao, or you're returning to practices you already love, you're warmly invited to join us for this special afternoon.
Please bring your own special mug for enjoying your cacao, along with a yoga mat, pillow, favorite blanket, and anything else that will help you rest comfortably during the sound bath. Blankets and bolsters will also be available. Our ceremonial cacao will be lovingly prepared to be vegan and gluten-free.
We hope you'll leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected, and with a full heart.
