This is a beautiful way to drop out of the chatter of the mind, busyness of life, clear dense emotions, and arrive into a deep presence of unconditional love. Kirtan is practiced through the Yogic Tradition & the Bhakti Path ~ the path of devotion. By sharing mantras and songs to connect us back to the heart, you’ll be guided into a meditative state ~ purifying the mind and opening the Self to Love. Utilizing various instruments including the harmonium and the drums to amplify the vibrations and bring a fun loving energy to the space so that all can feel free to express themselves fully throughout our time together.

Cacao has an active compound in it called “theobroma” which is translated as “Food of the Gods” ~ with a variety of health benefits ~ it truly is a superfood! Stacey & Connor work in partnership with Guatemalan Cacao farms & a local women’s collectives to share with you a beautiful chocolate-like elixir of Cacao straight from the source.
