I spent much of May this year, in the Peruvian High Amazon jungle , where I joined with local medicine women and ancestral Shamans during powerful healing plant medicine ceremonies- one including the heart opening Cacao plant.
Mama Cacao first called me in 2023 when I begun my initial Shamanic studies, including learning about plant medicines used by Shamanic tribes , including Cacao 🌱
Ceremonial cacao has been used for thousands of years by indigenous tribes in South America ,to connect with one’s inner wisdom . This was just one of a number of purposes of this beautiful “medicine”.
Ceremonial cacao is a sacred plant medicine -used by Shamanic tribes for many generations- and consuming it in a Ceremonial environment will allow you to open your heart energy , help to connect with the truth of who you are and allow to to be able to hear your own inner voice more clearly offering you wisdom from within .

WHERE IS THE LOCATION?
Gorleston Pavillion theatre - in the upstairs studio - a light and airy space for our gathering . Go passed the box office and to the left are doors leading to the toilets and staircase. We are straight ahead at the top of the stairs.
WHAT DO I BRING?
Wear loose comfortable clothing.
Please come , au natural -without fragrance -for the comfort of all ( Deodorant etc is ok)
Cushion and yoga mat to place on top of mine for additional Comfort. Blanket if you would like. There will be a small amount of blankets in case you don’t have one.
You may wish to bring a small item to place on our centrepiece altar . Something that brings you joy or is precious to you or a photo of a loved one ✨
I have 10 Drums for use during the ceremony ( along with shamanic rattles ) but if you do have your own drum , please bring it 🪘
TIMINGS
Please arrive for 10.15am for a prompt 10.30am start.
As with plant ceremonies it is a guidance to eat lightly 3-4 hrs before attending a ceremony , to allow for a deeper connection to the Cacao .
A Selection of fruit and light snacks etc will be available to help you ground before your journey home .
IMPORTANT:
If you have any food intolerances /allergies , I MUST be told. If you do not, you will be eating food offerings at your own risk.

There is ample space in car parking bays around the band stand and Sid dross’s surrounding the theatre.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Contraindications to cacao. Be mindful consuming ceremonial quantities of ceremonial cacao if you have heart conditions or are on any SSRI medication or similar medication which changes the brains chemical composition . Please let me Know so I will adjust the amount appropriately or can offer a herbal alternative 🙂🙏
