About the Host
Nicholas Silverman is a chocolate educator and advocate for ethical cacao sourcing. Since 2012, he’s helped bring Guatemalan artisan chocolate to thousands of customers across North America while supporting sustainable livelihoods and preserving Maya chocolate-making traditions.
