Cacao & Conscious Sober Dance Journey (Ecstatic Dance)

From grounded to wild (in the best way)

This is not just a dance… it’s a full embodied journey and a Sober Ecstatic Dance experience for anyone who’s curious about ecstatic dance (or already loves it).

We begin with an optional serving of ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine traditionally used to support connection, clarity, presence and natural energy, without alcohol or substances.

From there, we move through a carefully curated dance arc: starting slow and somatic to support nervous system regulation, grounding and body awareness, then gradually building into rhythm, drums, Afro-house and energetic electronic beats.

Our sound journey is curated and held by DJ SAGE, creating an immersive dancefloor that invites freedom, release, joy and celebration.

By the end, the space becomes a sober dance floor celebration: free, joyful, sweaty, alive.
Come to release stress. Come to express yourself. Come to feel alive, fully present, fully you.
