Cacao and Sound Bath Ceremony For Nervous System Healing + Heart Opening

A cozy Monday Evening to reset the week with Sound Bowls + Good Energy. Start your week with grounding by welcoming a cup of hot ceremonial cacao from Ora Cacao. The cacao used in this ceremony is called Uplifting Uganda, best for Confidence & Lineage. We will have a guided seated meditation while sipping on the cacao cup. Then participants will lie down comfortably, fully immersed in the healing sounds of Crystal Bowls, Chimes, Rainstick, Crystal Pyramid, and Ocean Wave Drum. This session promotes relaxation, stress relief, a deep sense of inner peace, and allowing you to visualize growth and healing in your mind and body. Perfect for all levels, weather you are new to cacao and sound baths or have experience with them. I invite you to reconnect with yourself through sound, cacao, reiki energy, and breath.

Info: Welcome: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the event start. Doors close 7 pm sharp. We will introduce the ceremony, the benefits of cacao and sound healing.
Ceremonial Cacao Offering: Serve a warm cup of Uplifting Uganda cacao from Ora Cacao, setting intentions for confidence and lineage.
Guided Seated Meditation: I will lead a guided meditation, encouraging mindfulness and connection to the present moment and the light within ourselves.
Sound Immersion: As the crystal bowls beging to play, lie down comfortably, get ready to experience the power of the healing sounds of Crystal Bowls, chimes, rainstick, crystal pyramid, and ocean wave drum.
Deep Relaxation: we will focus our attention to our breath, surrendering into our bodies, and experience relaxation and stress relief as we immerse ourselves in the inner peace and the light within us.
