These gatherings are a space to soften, to listen, and to remember the old rhythms that live in our bones. As the cacao warms our bellies, you may notice your breath slowing… your shoulders dropping… the steady drum of your own heart calling you home.
We’ll sit together with this sacred plant, let our voices and stories be heard, and journey with sound and drum back into connection with ourselves, each other, and the earth beneath us.

Ceremonial cacao, sharing circle & sound journey.
🌙 Evening Mixed Circle – Second Wednesday of each month | 6:30–8:00
Ceremonial cacao, sharing circle & drumming circle (bring a drum if you have one).
