* Come and Try entrants are welcome, but ENTRANT DETAILS MUST BE forwarded to the Event Secretary by the Wednesday prior to the event to enable paperwork to be sent out and returned prior to the event.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT USE OF THE CLUB CAR IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF THE CAR AND WILL DEPEND UPON DEMAND FOR USE. ANY REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WELL BEFORE THE EVENT. First-time runners will get preference.
* Scrutineering: 8am to 9am
* Driver’s Briefing: 9:15 am
* Event Start: 9:30am
