In this session, Mark will provide candid insight on why so many programs are unsuccessful, and provide a list of "Do’s and Don’ts” to help you ensure that your security program is successful & effective. Attendees will leave this session with a clear action plan for implementing a successful Cyber Security program and avoiding the pitfalls that have hampered many security programs. Without a strong strategic approach to cyber security, tactical efforts will not have the intended impact on risk reduction.
