Topic: You Can't Policy Your Way Out of a Crisis: Building a resilient culture for crisis and operational readiness

Bio: Michael Johannessen is a Program Director at Treble One Aerospace Consulting, where he works with aerospace and defense technology organizations to drive strategic execution, operational resilience, and mission-focused partnerships. He previously spent more than two decades at the Central Intelligence Agency, including service as a Senior Digital Officer within the Directorate of Digital Innovation. His career encompassed leadership of global technology operations, cybersecurity, crisis management, and governance and risk initiatives in support of senior U.S. Government leaders and highly sensitive national security missions. Based in Huntsville, Alabama, Mr. Johannessen operates at the intersection of aerospace, defense, and emerging technology, advising mission-driven organizations on translating strategy into execution while advancing capabilities for the warfighter and those shaping the future of space exploration.
