C3O x MPNH Leadership Program Present a Community Matching Event

Looking for people to actually do things with — not just network with?

C3O and Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House are hosting a guided community matching event for adults interested in meeting compatible people for recreational activities, shared interests, and community initiatives.

Instead of walking into a room and hoping you happen to meet the right person, participants will be intentionally matched based on information shared during registration.

You’ll meet two potential matches through guided one-on-one conversations, learn about other people in the room, and have time afterward to reconnect or meet someone new.

What to expect

• Two curated matching rounds
• Guided conversation prompts
• Short group sharing
• Time to mingle and continue conversations
• A relaxed, welcoming environment

Who is it for?

Adults ages 19–45 who want to build more meaningful local connections.

Newcomers and immigrants are especially welcome, but the event is open to participants from all backgrounds.

You might be looking for someone to:

• Try a new recreational activity with
• Explore Vancouver with
• Attend events with
• Start a hobby or interest group
• Volunteer or participate in a community initiative/project
• Simply meet people who share your interests and energy

You do not need to arrive with a project or business idea.
