C2i's 9th Annual Kentucky Derby Fundraiser: Run for the Roses

May is National Foster Care Month - C2i is kicking off the month with our 9th Annual Kentucky Derby Run for the Roses Fundraiser! Come enjoy a Kentucky Derby Experience while giving back to youth aging out of foster care.

This year's fund the need is C2i's Housing Program to support our programming and advocacy and to bolster our "Covered Fund" for young people who need emergency housing assistance and basic necessities.

Come dressed in your favorite Kentucky Derby attire to enter the best dressed contest.

The party will have poker tables, silent auction, and cigar bar, with light bites and cocktails, and of course a viewing of "the most exciting two minutes of sports"!

We will be celebrating our community partners, honoring C2i youth, and hearing from special invited guests during our program, which will start promptly at 4:00pm. You will be able to "bet" on your horse(s) of choice and we will watch the Derby to see who will earn a chance to win some great prizes!!

Ticket price $60 single tickets and $110 for a pair of tickets

Tickets will be available the day of at the door for $75.

Tickets include heavy Hors D'oeuvres, beer sampling, and one drink ticket for a signature mint julep or oak lily cocktail or nonalcoholic beverage of your choice.
