C. KUBASTA writes poetry, fiction, and hybrid forms. Her newest book, Under the Tented Skin, came out in 2025. She's the executive director at Shake Rag Alley Center for the Arts, and works with the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets and Brain Mill Press. DAVID SOUTHWARD teaches in the Honors College at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. His collections include Queer Physics (Kelsay Books 2025), Bachelor’s Buttons (Kelsay Books 2020) and Apocrypha (Wipf & Stock 2018). David is a two-time winner of the Lorine Niedecker Prize and in 2019 his poem “Mary’s Visit” received the Frost Farm Prize for Metrical Poetry.
