Bē Health is offering a unique, fun, engaging summer camp with daily activities to help children ages 5-12 build their awareness of health and wellbeing.
Activities include kids yoga, mindfulness exercises and trail walks, kids POUND classes, preparing nutritional snacks and holiday-related activities. Camps will be staffed by dietitians, certified fitness trainers and health educators.
Cost is $35 per child per day. Drop off starts at 8:30 a.m. at The Outfitters at Heartwood (35 Outfitters Park Drive) with pick up no later than 4 p.m.. All campers should wear athletic shoes for both indoor and outdoor activities. Bring bug spray, wear loose fitting/comfortable clothing and pack a healthy lunch with a water bottle.
