Set up by brother and sister Oli & Abi in Brighton’s Open Market, Bāyit Bagels is a small, artisan bakery centred around the core concept of hospitality, as well as a duty to look after our social and physical environments. Their bagels and fillings are made with carefully selected ingredients, with ethical, local, high-quality sourcing and methods being fundamental to how they operate.
