To celebrate Sonoma Family Meal becoming a Blue Zones Approved Restaurant, join us for a seasonal cooking demo, taking place this November!

*Please register for ONE of the two workshops, to leave space for others.

Session 1: Two-Bean Posole Verde (Nov 5)
A plant-forward twist on a Mexican classic, loaded with hominy, two kinds of beans, sweet potato, green chilies, and tomato. (vg, gf)

Session 2: Veggie Harira (Nov 19)
A bean-rich Moroccan stew, traditionally served to break the Ramadan fast. (vg, gf)

What to expect:

• Learn about Sonoma Family Meal's work in the community
• Live soup-making demo and conversation with SFM chefs
• Garnish your bowl and enjoy!
• Take-home a spice blend and recipe card
• Bring your healthy cooking questions!
