Step into better health—one conversation at a time. Join us each week as a different provider leads a relaxed, community walk. This is your chance to connect, ask questions, and gain insights from a variety of specialties—all while moving naturally.
No presentations, no pressure—just meaningful conversation, fresh air, and connection.
Each event starts with a brief discussion on a health topic from a local physician, healthcare provider, or medical student. You’ll also have the opportunity to chat with the leader and ask questions during the walk.

Where: Lehigh Parkway North-Meet at the Robinhood Bridge

Cost: This is a free event!
This event is in partnership with the Allentown Health Bureau.
This walk is weather dependent. In case of cancellation, you will recieve an e-mail notifying you.
LOCATION: This trail begins in the parking lot adjacent to the Robin Hood Bridge and proceeds north.
PARKING: Can be accessed from the Robin Hood Bridge off of Park Drive through the main entrance to the Lehigh Parkway off of Jefferson Street. Two smaller lots are located off of Lehigh Parkway East, accessible from Martin Luther King Jr. Dr.
TRAIL DETAIL: This paved and gravel trail explores the northeast section of Lehigh Parkway. This path is a loop which can start at either parking area.
