About this Event
Orangetheory Fitness is a 1-hour, coach-led group fitness workout designed to burn fat, build muscle, and help you see and feel results faster. Using a unique blend of treadmills, rowing machines, and strength training on the weight floor, each class is guided by a certified coach who motivates and supports you through heart-pumping intervals.
Participants wear Orangetheory’s unique heart rate monitors, which track your effort in real time throughout the workout—allowing you to see how hard you’re working, maximize results, and train smarter, not just harder.
This workout is for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a runner, jogger, or power walker, our coaches customize the workout so everyone can participate safely and confidently—no matter where you’re starting from.
Class Details:
- Date: Saturday, February 21
- Class Time: 12:00–1:00 PM
- Arrival Time: Please arrive by 11:30 AM for your introduction and heart rate monitor setup
- What to wear: sneakers, workout clothes
- What to bring: Water bottle, towel
