BYOB Sip and Paint in Pilsen (Van Ghosts)

Your ticket covers the full Sip and Paint experience and all necessary art supplies.

This class is BYOB. You are welcome to bring wine, beer, hard seltzer, or non-alcoholic drinks. Please no Hard Liquors/spirits.

The painting portion of the class lasts approximately 2–2.5 hours. Doors open 15 minutes before the start time for seating and setup.

This event is intended for adults. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid photo ID is required and will be checked. Minors (age 18-20) may attend with a ticket but are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol.

Please read this section carefully before purchasing your ticket:

1. Ticket Sales & Refunds: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, if you notify us of a cancellation via email or Eventbrite message at least 48 hours prior to the event start time, we can offer a full credit toward a future Van Ghosts class. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a credit or refund.
2. Alcohol Consumption & Conduct: We do not sell or provide alcohol. Guests are solely responsible for their own alcohol consumption.
   Liability Waiver: By attending this BYOB event, you acknowledge and agree that [Your Company Name/Organizer] and the venue are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur as a result of intoxication or the consumption of alcohol. Please drink responsibly.
   We reserve the right to refuse service (e.g., provide no further supplies/instruction) or ask any guest to leave without a refund if their conduct is disruptive or unsafe to themselves or others.
3. Minimum Attendance: We require a minimum of 6 guests to run the class. If this minimum is not met 24 hours before the event, the class may be canceled. In the event of organizer cancellation, all ticket holders will receive a full refund or a credit toward a rescheduled date.
4. Artwork Reproduction: The instructor-led painting is for entertainment purposes. Van Ghosts reserves the right to photograph the class and use the images for promotional purposes. We are not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items caused by paint or other art supplies.
