🚎TOUR FLEET!🚎

Jolly Trolley A is a charming trolley (24 person), Jolly Trolley B is a NEW addition to the tour (28 person), while Grinchmas Bus C (55 person, has on board bathroom) and Winter Wonder Bus D (55 person, has on board bathroom) are luxurious charter buses. All vehicles will be beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations, adding to the festive ambiance.

**If you're interested in hosting a private event, you can rent the entire Trolley or Bus by purchasing all the available tickets (seats).

To rent-out Jolly Trolley A, you'll need to purchase all 24 tickets. To rent-out Jolly Trolley B, you’ll need to purchase all 28 tickets. To rent-out Grinchmas Bus C, you’ll need to purchase 55 tickets and to rent Winter Wonder Bus D, you’ll need to purchase 55 tickets**

Be there by 5:15 PM sharp to secure your sleigh seat! 🎅 SUNDAY tours check in at 4:45 PM!

🚎 The trolleys roll out at 5:30 PM (or 5:00 PM on Sundays), so don’t be late — Santa waits for no one!

🗺️ROUTE DETAILS!🗺️

📌Our first stop will be the renowned Rochester’s Big Bright Light Show, where you'll have approximately 30 minutes to marvel at over 1 million lights illuminating the streets of Downtown Rochester, just enough time to capture some amazing photos.

📌Next, we'll whisk you away to the enchanting Detroit Zoo Wild Lights with 500 festive displays featuring millions of twinkling lights. Here you’ll have approximately 1.5 hours to embrace the mesmerizing light displays, enjoy food vendors, the captivating photo ops and all that the zoo has to offer.

📌Our final stop takes us to the heart of downtown Detroit, where you'll have approximately 45 minutes to admire Detroit's grand Christmas tree and explore the festive atmosphere of Campus Martius. Take in the sights and sounds of the season before we make our way back to Troy, with an estimated arrival time of 10:30pm.Don't miss out on this unforgettable holiday experience. We’re here to sleigh the season and bring you a night full of twinkling lights, laughter, and holiday cheer! That said, a few Grinch-y things like traffic or weather might try to slow us down.

🕒 Timing at Each Stop May VarySanta's sleigh isn’t the only thing that might hit traffic! ⛄🎄 While we do our best to stick to schedule, weather and road conditions may cause delays. Don’t worry... we’ll keep the holiday spirit rolling no matter what!

🗺️ The Route is Subject to a Little Christmas MagicSometimes, light displays unexpectedly close or roads get too icy for even Rudolph. If that happens, we’ll pivot faster than a reindeer on ice and guide you to an equally magical holiday route. 🌟

🎄 Sunday Route Special!If you're joining us on a Sunday, your tour starts with the twinkling tree at Campus Martius, glides over to the glowing Detroit Zoo Lights, and wraps up with the dazzling Rochester Big Bright Light Show! Talk about a triple treat! 🎁✨

🚌 If the Trolley Can’t Trot…In rare cases where trolley travel isn’t safe (thanks, winter weather!), we’ll swap it out for one of our decked-out Christmas buses. 🚌

🤔BYOB CHRISTMAS LIGHT TOUR FAQ!

❓If for any reason you are unable to attend and/or miss the event, can you receive a refund?

❗No, unfortunately all sales are final. If you cannot attend the event, you may sell and/or transfer your ticket to another person. Please note we want this to be a fun Christmas event for all guests, we will not tolerate rude or inappropriate behavior; we reserve the right to remove any guest from the trolley, at any time, without refund.

❓Can you bring food and/or drinks on the trolleys?

❗Yes! You may bring food and/or drinks on the trolleys as long as it can be stored in a small soft cooler bag that must fit under your seat, please note glass is not allowed on the trolleys. All drinks must stay on the trolley; you are not allowed to take any drinks off the trolley at any stop.

❓Are children allowed to attend this event?

❗This is a 21+ BYOB event, you must be 21+ to consume alcohol beverages, make sure to have your ID and your ticket with you at check-in.

❓Will the event be canceled due to weather conditions?

❗This is a rain, shine and/or snow event so please dress accordingly. IF there is a major snowstorm warning and our trolley company feels it is unsafe to drive, you will be notified by email and provided with alternate solutions; no refunds will be given.

❓Do you have to print tickets, or can you show electronic tickets on your phone?❗Tickets do not have to be printed; you may show electronic tickets.

❓If you miss the departure from Troy, can you join in at the next stop?

❗Yes, if you miss the Troy departure you may join the trolley at any of the stops. Please note: The trolley tour ends back in Troy; you will be responsible for your own transportation back to your car.

❓If you miss the "be back at time" that is given at each event stop, what do you do?

❗If you are not back at the given time and the trolley leaves, you may Uber to the next event and continue with the tour, no refunds will be given if you choose not to continue the tour. Our trolleys are on a strict time schedule in order to offer guests as must time as possible at each event, please be prompt.

❓Are the vehicles heated?

❗Yes, all vehicles are enclosed and heated.

❓Are there bathrooms on the trolley?

❗Unfortunately, there are no bathrooms on the trolley however there are bathroom at all three of the events stops

❓Is the tour handicap accessible

❗Unfortunately, the Trolley and Busses are not handicap accessible
