👨👩👧👦 9:00am – FAMILY BOOTCAMP
Bring the kids, bring your partner and join us for a fun family-friendly workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
💪 10:00am – MEMBERS vs COACHES TUG OF WAR
The ultimate showdown! Can the BYB coaches defend their reputation, or will our members take home the bragging rights? Come cheer, compete and be part of the fun.
