As the sun sets over this beautiful landscape, meditation, sound, and nature will gently weave together to guide you into a deeply restorative and multi-layered sensory journey. 🎶🧘‍♀️✨
Guided by Alex & Steph, you’ll experience a rich soundscape featuring live-looped music, traditional sound healing instruments, and gentle meditation. When combined with the natural world, the immersion becomes a truly unique multi-sensory experience

- Enjoy a picnic on the lawn while unwinding to a live music soundscape.

- Take a quiet moment to journal or reflect beneath the majestic Banyan Tree.
- Settle in for a 60-minute Sound Meditation designed to calm the mind and attune you to the earth’s natural rhythms.
🌿 Who This Is For
This experience welcomes all levels of practice. It’s a quiet, meditative space designed for ages 13+, offering an environment of relaxation and stillness for guests that isn’t suitable for little ones.

- Anything that brings you comfort (extra pillows, blankets, water, journal, or a picnic rug and a picnic).
