Delegates will have been nominated by their local authority to attend the Food Standards Delivery Model (FSDM) training. This training is by INVITATION ONLY.

This training is part of a suite of learning tools that will help you understand the Food Standards Delivery Model (FSDM).

It is not MIS specific; it is intended as a basic introductory guide to learn about the FSDM or as a recap for anyone who has some prior knowledge of it.

The course will consist of 4 Modules:

Module 1 - Detail of the Official Controls available under assimilated Regulation 2017/625

Module 2 - Details of the new FSDM and the “Decision Matrix”

Module 3 - Use of Intelligence with the FSDM

Module 4 - Worked scenario

Learning Outcomes

After completing the FSDM training module, you will have an understanding of:

• the new FSDM

• what’s new in the Food Law Code of Practice (England) June 2023, (The Code)

• the Inherent Risk Profile and Compliance Assessment

• the Decision matrix

• the use of intelligence within the FSDM

All training is from 9.30 to 13.30 online. Please select one date only.

Prior to attending the training you are required to undertake the 6 FSDM e-learning modules on Regulators Companion. Category | Regulators Companion followed by self-certification at the end.
